We hire people who care deeply about the mission, work independently, and prefer building over talking about building. Whether you're a senior engineer, a fresh graduate, or transitioning from another industry, what matters most is curiosity and a bias toward shipping.
Small team, flat structure, async-first. We write things down, we review each other's code, and we ship every week. Ideas win on merit, not on who proposed them. Most of the team works remotely across multiple time zones.
Clear thinking, clear writing, and craft. We'd rather do a few things well than many things halfway. When something breaks, we fix the root cause, not the symptom. When something works, we keep making it better.
