GradAgent provides AI-powered tools for university admissions guidance, SOP and essay review, IELTS writing assessment, professor discovery, scholarship search, and mentor connections. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
All AI-generated responses — including admissions guidance, SOP feedback, and IELTS scores — are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional academic advice. University requirements and deadlines change frequently; always verify directly with the institution. GradAgent is not responsible for outcomes based on AI-generated content.
You agree not to use GradAgent for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading information, to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the platform, or to scrape or automate requests without prior written permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Some features require a paid subscription or token purchase. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may update pricing with reasonable prior notice — continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
All platform content, design, and software belong to GradAgent. You retain ownership of content you submit (essays, SOP drafts). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service to you.
GradAgent is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including failure to gain admission to any institution.
