When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive only your Google account name and email — nothing else (no Gmail, Drive, or Contacts). We also collect content you submit through the platform such as SOP drafts, IELTS essays, and chat messages, along with standard server-side logs such as IP address and browser type.
We use your information to provide and improve our service, authenticate your identity, process your submissions through our AI tools, and communicate with you. If you subscribed to our newsletter, we use your email to send updates — you can unsubscribe at any time.
Content you submit for AI-powered features (SOP review, IELTS scoring, chat guidance) may be processed by third-party AI providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google. Their use of your data is governed by their own privacy policies. We do not sell your data to any third party for marketing purposes.
We are committed to keeping your personal information safe. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. To exercise these rights or revoke Google access, contact us below. You can also revoke Google Sign-In access directly from your Google account settings.
